Jacob's Town

NOTICE (posted March 23, 2026): A few days from now this grid will be temporarily shutdown for migration to the new server. At least 30 minutes before the shutdown this webpage https://www.jacobstown.net/ will show the exact date and time the shutdown will occur and login will be disabled. The grid will be down for less then 4 hours. Right after the grid is back up, this webpage will be updated with the date the migration was finished. (There will also be alerts before shutdown: 1. On the Discord 30 minutes before. 2. In the virtual world 30 minutes, 20 minutes, 10 minutes and 5 minutes before.)

This is my OpenSim virtual world. It is not finished yet, but you are welcome to stop in. I am working on turning it into a town. For now I am just using this grid as a place for my friends and I to live. It also has 2 public sandboxes anyone is allowed to use (a damage enabled one and a non damage enabled one). Creating accounts is not currently allowed on this grid, so the only accounts this grid has are the ones that I explicitly created.
